The Africa Altar annually bring sons, daughters and friends of Africa together from the different nations of Africa and the Africans from the Diaspora as well as African descent living in different parts of the world:
1. To raise one corporate voice of prayer, praise, intercession, with thanksgiving to God for the land and people of Africa
2. To acknowledge and to celebrate the significance, beauty, gifts, endowment, resources, and potential of Africa and her people;
3. To have fellowship and to talk to one another (Malachi 3:16) with a biblical African view over the critical matters concerning the past, present and the future of the continent;
4. To pray in agreement for each specific nation represented; praying according to its redemptive purpose, calling, inheritance, destiny, current affairs, challenges etc
5. To determine the prophetic timing and seasons of the continent as well as the divine courses of action required.
6. To make prophetic proclamations, decrees and actions to enforce and to establish God's Kingdom, His agendas and Will over our specific countries on the continent.
